In order to secure the maintenance of our supply chain solution in the productions environment, we currently look for an experienced SAP problem solving person to join the AM (Application Maintenance) team within the Functional Area Supply Chain.
You will be a part of our supply chain program that includes new business processes and system support for major parts of the H&M garment flow, focusing on Sales, Logistics and Finance. The program is in the middle of a Global roll out phase and in parallel we are refining processes and systems. FA Supply Chain is a central part in the program, and you will work closely together with other teams such as Expansion, Finance and Accounting and Warehouse.
Working with AM issues at H&M is taking on a great responsibility, but it is also great fun! It will give you the opportunity to get to know the business and other stakeholders, and work closely to other surrounding systems. You will, together with the AM Lead, secure our daily business where the applications are running. This means follow up, tracking, handling a prioritizing issues and incidents. The AM team is mainly situated at our partners' office in India and a few onsite.

Your responsibilities
The job as an Application Expert at H&M comes with a lot of responsibility - and lots of fun.
• Be an active part in AM releases, specify, drive and test
• Coordinate AM tasks with AD team
• Support the AM lead
• You will be crucial in the handover from rollout to AM
• Plan and follow-up incidents and problems
• Analyze incidents together with the team
• Work together with team to find enhancements and improvements

• Knowledge and understanding in SAP
• Good understanding of Supply Chain out of both functional and process perspective
• Communication (orally and written, both Swedish and English)
• Experience from working with Offshore teams
