As Application Expert, you enable business development by your system- and business knowledge. We have a natural rotation approach over time, which means that you have the possibility to change between different types of initiatives and participate in roll out projects or the solution team. You have every opportunity to learn and develop.
The position is situated within our functional area Accounting & Controlling. We strive for compliance, quality and efficiency in all our financial, accounting and controlling processes and IT solutions. We work with roll out of template solution to other countries, application maintenance and supporting new business initiatives. The functional area is part of our global Supply Chain program, a business change initiative to implement the SAP Retail solution together with several integrated systems.
To succeed in this role we believe that you either have experience in SAP within the Accounting and Controlling area or business knowledge within Finance/Treasury and are interested to learn and want to work with IT. You are structured and can work independently as well in a team.

Your responsibilities
The job of an SAP Application Expert at H&M comes with a lot of responsibility - and lots of fun.
Your to do-list can include:
• Ensure that business requirements are realized in the solution and in line with the existing template solution
• Provide SAP expertise throughout all project phases e.g. design, testing, cut over activities and support
• Transfer SAP solution knowledge to business end-users and business experts
• Propose and design high level changes for future and participate and guide in questions regarding design of roll-out or other projects to secure the global template
• Continuously review the solutions, secure guiding principles, template scope and roll-out guidelines

And your skills include:
• Solid experience of the design, concepts, principles and configuration of SAP FI/CO or Treasury knowledge
• Good business knowledge regarding Accounting and Controlling or Finance processes
• Good communication skills in English, spoken and written
• Great delivery capacity and a willingness to develop

The IT-department is located in Stockholm and Borås and conduct business virtually all over the globe.
