You will be part of our division Enterprise Application that coordinates and manages the program that includes new business processes and system support for major parts of the H&M garment flow. The program is in the middle of a Global roll out phase and in parallel we are refining processes and systems.
As an Application Expert you will have the responsibility for the design, specification and configuration of SAP CRM solutions. You will also be responsible for that this is made according to the business requirements and expectations, and according to H&M architectural guidelines.
If you are analytical, driven, experienced in SAP CRM and want to work with global roll-outs, you can be one we are looking for! We believe that you have a genuine interest and a solid application and technical knowledge of SAP CRM, preferably also experience and knowledge of SAP ECC. It is qualifying if you have worked in global projects and roll-outs with off shore development. Your responsibilities
The job of an H&M Application Expert comes with lots of responsibility - and lots of fun. Among other things your to do-list includes:
• Be a driver within customer related initiatives to understand CRM impact and convert business requirement to solutions.
• Gap analysis - Participate in requirement meetings to define and document the complete scope and map against current solution
• Create Functional design specifications
• System configuration in SAP CRM
• Test - Identify test scenarios that reflect the requirements and be part of execution of tests, both cross projects and to surrounding systems outside SAP
• Provide software expertise
• Provide system analysis
• Provide functional solutions and specifications for development of Enhancements, Integrations and Conversions.
• Communicate status effectively in writing and verbally with internal and external stakeholders
• Use own knowledge/experience and problem solving skills to creatively resolve complex issues and choose the best course of action
Just like everyone at H&M, we believe you are a social, open, communicative sales-minded and ambitious diplomatic team player full of drive and optimism. You also need to have self confidence in decisions. And your skills include:
• More than 5 years of experience of the design, concepts, principles and configuration in SAP CRM.
• Inbound and outbound integration know-how regarding SAP CRM
• Experience from large, global organizations
• Excellent verbal communication and documentation capacity in English
• Excellent managing of deliverables ("to-do lists"), time management, communication (oral and written), presentation, and organizational skills.
• Pedagogical skills as well as experience from planning and running workshops
• Used to work with both technical questions and business questions
• Project management
It is qualifying if you have retail experience and has worked in global projects and roll-outs.
