hela Sverige The Application Expert SAP C4C (SAP Sales Cloud) is responsible for SAP C4C (SAP Sales Cloud) module. In close contact with the Process Experts and Business Transformation Managers to configure SAP C4C (SAP Sales Cloud) according to business requirements and business processes.
Key Tasks
• To be a C4C (SAP Sales Cloud) expert with a good knowledge of the Sales processes; Opportunity, Quote , Sales Order, Billing...
• To work with business owners to understand their needs, gather their requirements, and provide functional solutions
• Implementation, configuration, and support of SAP C4C(SAP Sales Cloud)
• To conduct feasibility studies / solution reviews in order to secure business process optimization and integration with other SAP modules.
• To perform integration tests and support during user acceptance tests
• To manage change and advocate SAP standard solutions
Job requirements
• 3+ years C4C (SAP Sales Cloud) Sales
• Experience from at least one Full Life Cycle Implementation
• C4C (SAP Sales Cloud) System scoping activities / Fine Tuning activities
• C4C (SAP Sales Cloud) UI concepts (Screen configuration, layouts, business roles, workflows, rule editor, logic etc.)
• Configuration of C4C (SAP Sales Cloud) solution using KUT and experience in creation of extension Fields a MUST
• Understanding of C4C (SAP Sales Cloud) Integration (Omnichannel, ECC, others) / Mapping between C4C (SAP Sales Cloud) and ECC/CRM
• Knowledge Hybris E-Commerce/ Marketing is a plus
• Knowledge on Standard APIs exposed by SAP Cloud for Customer
Personal profile
• Open minded with a strong willingness to learn
• Open to change and experience in a global environment
• Proactive mindset
• Fluent in English
• Ability to meet travel requirements, willingness to travel internationally
• EU work permit is a prerequisite
