We are now recruiting an Application expert to our functional area Sales Merchandising. The area is responsible for delivering IT solutions that support our global Merchandising organization in their work with managing Allocation & Replenishment and Price & Promotion. Our mission is to support the goal for our global Merchandising organization which is to maximize sales by making sure that we have the right garment, in the right quantity, in the right store at the right time.
Your responsibilities
The job of an H&M Application Expert comes with lots of responsibility and lots of fun. Among other things your to do-list includes:
• Provide SAP expertise and conduct gap/fit analysis and implement template solution
• Ensure that business requirements are realized in the solution and in line with the existing template solution
• Drive workshops with business representatives in order to set detail the business requirement and eventually set the best solution to support the business process
• Use own knowledge/experience and problem solving skills to create and evaluate solutions
• Provide functional solutions and specifications for development
• Plan for and conduct test, plan for and assist during cutover and initial support
Your skills
Just like everyone at H&M, we believe you are a social, open, communicative sales-minded and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism.
And your skills include:
• Min of 3 years of experience of SAP implementations and roll-outs; preferably experience working within SAP ECC, SD/MM module
• Experience from working with gap/fit analysis, design, configuration, test etc.
• Experience form working as an Application Expert/Specialist/Requirement analyst in a global organisation
• Experience from working with processes cross many systems and functions; Store, Warehouse, Finance etc
• Experience from working with both technical and business questions
• Experience from working with offshore developers
• Pedagogical skills as well as experience from planning and running workshops
• Excellent verbal communication and documentation capacity in English
It is an extra plus if you also have experience and knowledge in any of the following areas; SAP Retail, SAP Integration, HP Quality Center/ALM, Fashion Retail experience, Business Process and working in distributed teams.
