hela Sverige We are looking for an experienced Application Expert with focus on logistics and retail areas. Are you analytical and want to work with technical solutions and be part of a global rollout project, within one of H&M key areas? Then you might be the person we are looking for.
As an Application Expert in the functional area merchandising you will be an important member in our team that is constantly evolving our solution. The work includes driving coordination work around cross functional requirements, having the expert knowledge of the system and proactively improving business processes together with system solution.
You will be responsible for design, functional requirements and configurations in our SAP solution. In order to succeed in this responsibility, you need to be customer oriented and have analytics skill, good technical knowledge in SAP and have worked as a developer.
The Merchandising area is responsible for delivering IT services and applications that supports our global Merchandising organization in their work with managing Allocation & Replenishment, Price & Promotion and Sales Analysis. Furthermore, the merchandising processes are supported by custom built solutions tailored to make sure that the right store get the right garments at the right time. Historical sales and stock KPI:s, forecasted sales and input from Merchandisers are used as input to support highly automated allocation and replenishment processes.
Your responsibilities
The job as an application expert at H&M comes with a lot of responsibility - and lots of fun.
Your to do-list includes:
• Analyze requirements
• Provide detailed design documents and documentation for development and integration
• Participate in requirement meetings to define and document the complete scope
• Identify test scenarios that reflect the requirements, and specify the test scripts in detail
• Be part of execution and deep analysis of test results
• Follow up and secure quality in tests performed in your area
• Communicate status with internal and external stakeholders
Your skills

And your skills include:
• Senior experience of design, concepts, principles, configuration and development of IT solutions
• Proven understanding of technical components and development in SAP, preferably in the logistics (supply chain) and retail areas
• Experience from large global organizations
• Good communication skills, both in Swedish and English oral and in writing in
• Experience from implementation projects
• Have ability to take own initiatives and act proactively
• Have a background as a developer
