Getting the right product in the right quantity in the right place at the right time is vital. We are looking for an Application Expert who wants to work with Warehouse Management and a system that is a part of our global supply chain program for H&M Retail.

This role grants large responsibilities and great challenges, since you, together with rest of the group, will be responsible for making sure that the solution fulfills the core business requirements.

Your responsibilities
The job of an H&M Application Expert comes with lots of responsibility and lots of fun. Your to do-list includes:
• Identify and define the business requirements and be responsible for implementing these requirements in the system
• Configure the system based on requirements from business
• Through the deep knowledge that you hold in the system you are able to challenge and question suggestions from our supplier
• Be proactive, both when it comes to business processes and the system solution
• Coordinate cross functional requirements that runs over more functional areas in the change program
Your skills
Just like everyone at H&M, we believe you are a social, open, communicative sales-minded and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism. You always look for constant improvements and have a commercial awareness. And your skills include:
• Experience from working as Application Expert in a standard system
• Many years of experience and knowledge from development projects and/or management
• Experience from requirement capture and configuring standard system
• Experience from Warehouse management systems (RedPrarie) is an advantage
• You have a genuine interest and curiosity for logistic operations
• Good communication skills in both Swedish and English
