hela Sverige What? As an application engineer, you will be part of a team that works with the operation of several stock systems used by customers of banks or fund companies. Your working tool will be a Linux system that has been developed on site, where you troubleshoot, manage incidents and perform updates and maintenance in the systems. You will also get the possibility to work in projects regarding the systems and manage some contact with the clients. The systems are complex, and you will spend your time in exciting high security environments.
Where? At a global FinTech company that delivers trading, stock technology and other services to clients all over the world. This position is located at the office just outside of Stockholm city.
Who? A person with skills in Linux (Red Hat) and networks. You don't need any specialist knowledge in the area, but you should be driven and willing to learn new things! An interest in technology will make it easier for you to understand the very complex systems, and you will have the guidance and support of a colleague for as long as it is needed. If you are looking for a long-term position with great possibilities to require a lot of knowledge and skills, this is the perfect position for you!

Required qualifications
• Higher education within IT
• Experience from service desk/helpdesk or operations
• Good knowledge in Unix/Linux, preferably Red Hat
• Knowledge in networks/data communication
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Contract type and hours
