To strengthen our team we are looking for a Application Engineer Trainee – placed in Stockholm (or Malmö).

After an extensive training of approx 4 months in Austria (starting May 10th 2010), you will join our subsidiary in Sweden, where you will begin your career with B&R. This will include project engineering, development and commissioning of customer-specific software solutions. You will optimize existing solutions, support our customers during commissioning and see that they are trained extensively. You will work in a team and on an individual basis to find solutions and plan activities based on current and future customer platforms.
We are looking for the following qualities:
• Interest and creativity in programming
• C or C++
• PLC programming
• Thorough problem solver
• Analytical thinking, solution-oriented
• Strong communication skills
• Swedish
• English
• German is advantageous
• Good planning skills
• Sales-oriented thinking
• Willingness to travel
