Beskrivning av tjänsten
In the role as Application Engineer you will be part of a technical team that works with all Net Entertainment products and services offered to our customers. We have strong customer commitment and a great team spirit. If you are looking for an interesting and challenging position with a wide range of exciting responsibilities, you've come to the right place.
Your main responsibilities will be planning of customer production and test environment upgrades, including communication, build and configuration, test and deploy. Develop and maintain supporting scripts etc. for build and deploy to distributed environments. Contribute to improvements in automation and processes in order to improve quality and stability.Participate and support customer integration- and enhancement projects.

We're looking for someone with a keen interest in operations. Operations in our world include troubleshooting, upgrading, maintaining, requirements, analysis, customer communication, collaboration and much more. In short, we want a forward leaning person with a true technical interest and urgency to learn.
You must have knowledge and skills within the following areas:
• Fluency in both written and spoken English
• MSc in computer science or equivalent
• Familiar with Linux/UNIX, JAVA, SQL and version control software, such as subversion.
If you also have competence inthe following areas it's a bonus:
• Familiar with Redhat/CentOS, Foreman, Puppet, bash/Python
• ITIL knowledge
