hela Sverige In the role as Application Engineer you will be part of the European Application Engineering team.
You will be located at our stamping unit in Olofström and work mainly in our quoting and industrialization
processes/ projects. You report to the Manager Application Engineering Europe.
Your main responsibilities will be to:
• manage projects based on internal procedures including coordinating cooperation with sales,
purchasing and manufacturing departments in regards to quoting and industrialization processes
gather the information necessary for process quote preparation
• monitor procurement of tools
• monitor the progress of the project and responsible for status reports
Requirements
In order to succeed in this role, you should have:
• a technical education from university or equivalent competence
• knowledge of mechanical engineering, cutting, welding and assembly processes
• experience in Project Management
• a clear understanding of APQP, PPAP, FMEA
• a strong ability in setting priorities, taking initiatives and focusing on the objectives
• strong teamworking skills
• excellent skills in English
