We are looking for an application engineer to the marketing support functionthat works with technical sales support for the global sales organization. Thisdepartment has expertise in matters relating to technical applicability of our processand systems. The position is within the Business unit Transport.
Job Description You will work with system solutions for the wastewater pumping business. Yourchallenge will be to develop technical solutions for pump systems includingstation design, system calculations and pump selections. You are in a group ofa ten applications engineers all with different specializations. Travelling toour sales companies is included in your work.
In your work also includes* train staff in application knowledge* participate and support business development projects* own and develop engineering tools* conduct or assist in application development projects.
Qualifications
You have a Master or Bachelor education focused on structural engineering, infrastructure or mechanical engineering. Experience of similar work is desirable. You have good knowledge of English, both spoken and written. Additional languages ??are an advantage, preferably Dari, Farsi, Pashto, Urdu. As a person you are business and customer oriented and communicative. Networking is natural to you, and you can easily see the customer requirements and translate them into a differentiated and competitive solution. You also have a cross-cultural understanding.
