The Application Consultant is responsible for leading application related work with our Healthcare IT solutions. In this role you will support all phases of the product life cycle; from pre-sales to implementation and installed base maintenance. During the pre-sales phase, you will manage demonstrations to customers, attend and contribute in pre-sales meetings, give input to tenders, act as part of the project team, and successfully drive solutions to closure..
Essential Responsibilities:
Own the local solutions (for ICU, Anesthesia and OR) in a server or VMware.
Manage and do configuration work of Healthcare IT solutions.
Work directly with cross-functional organizations and suppliers to take GE?s Centricity Solutions to the next level.
Lead and participate in pre-sales meetings in cooperation with sales.
Updating knowledge continuously about the GE?s High-Acuity solutions.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor?s or Master?s Degree.
Demonstrated understanding of IT systems used record care in Intensive Care Units, Anesthesia Departments and/or Operating Room environment.
Working knowledge of clinical workflow.
Fluency in English and Swedish and/or Danish language.
Travel required 50+% of working hours.
Valid driving license.
Desired Characteristics:
Strong process orientation, problem solving and troubleshooting skills and a firm commitment to quality.
Excellent communication skills - ability to interface and influence at multiple organization levels.
