The Application Engineer is an expert, not in creating our products, but rather in the practical use of them. The Application Engineer helps to explain and configure the products in the technical product sale process. The Application Engineer understands all the features, the advantages of each product, how the product is commonly installed in a system, and how to troubleshoot common problems.

Have high interest in technology
Responsible, hands-on and able to work independently
Able to provide effective presentations and demonstrations to all levels of people
Has good organizational skills, and able to handle multiple priorities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Sales/business-oriented and definitely a team player
Some of responsibilities:
Provide internal and external assistance during the sales process
Develop system design recommendations
Deliver solution demonstrations to customers
Work with involved partners during the project sales process
Develop written pre-sales material of technical nature
Coordinate on-site proof of concept and trial installations
Be first contact for technical support issues
Experience - must have
Relevant education in technology - electrical, telecommunication systems etc.
Couple of years work experience in the CCTV Network Security industry
Design documentation skills of schematics, flow charts etc.
Experience - Good to have
>10 years of surveillance systems experience
Nuclear Industry experience
Proven pre-sales experience
VMS software and hardware technology experience an advantage
