WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN
Application and Controls development Engineer
Gothenburg Sweden
The position is challenging and you will be working with our highly educated and skilled personnel in a good collaborative environment with a cutting edge marine energy technology.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS
The main responsibility in the position as Application and Controls development Engineer is to further develop the algorithms which control the kite.
You will be a part of the software team which develops the embedded system for our power plants and all peripheral devices and software related to power generation.
The team is responsible for complete delivery including: writing requirements, developing software, specifying/performing test cases in the office and on the test site

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
Skills that we are looking for to strengthen the team:
Vast experience, at least 10 years, in Matlab/Simulink/Real Time Workshop or TargetLink.
Ability to develop advanced control algorithms.
Ability to analyze measurement data.
Experience in planning test series and being able to see the larger picture.
Experienced in real time system development.
Additional skills that would be nice to have:
C coding experience
Skilled in issuing requirement specifications.
Experience of developing new embedded system platform
Maintain and develop Measurement system (Vector Canape over XCP protocol).
Linux platform, and measurement systems experience.

Strong analytical skills
LOCATION
Main working location is at our office in Gothenburg Sweden.
WORKING HOURS
40 hours/week
TRAVELS
Travels are required to our test sites.
