Position Responsibilities:
As an Application Analyst/Product Support > Representative you will be part of the Client Services > organisation working with the Front Arena solutions > within Fidelity Information Services. Front Arena > provides comprehensive solutions to the capital > markets, where your focus will be within the areas of > order and trade management, market making, and > position keeping. You will work with clients on an > international basis, and the position offers career > development opportunities within the company and the financial industry.

The responsibilities include:
* Maintain high quality support of the Front > Arena solutions for domestic and international clients
* Assist clients with customizing and > configuring the Front Arena solution
* Manage the critical malfunctions of the > products in cooperation with the R&D teams
* Qualify, deal with and report on issues as > well as any analyze complex malfunctions
* Work persistently on resolution of complex > incidents
* Carry out corrective interventions on > demand
* Continuously work internally with product > and solution improvements
• Organize and plan work according to > schedule/workload

Position Requirements
• Master of Science (or equivalent) majoring > in Computer Science, Financial Mathematics, > Engineering Physics or similar
• 2-3 years proven working experience in the > financial industry:

- Software Development/Support of financial > software
- Understanding of Financial Markets and > financial instrument of all asset classes
- Thorough knowledge in Electronic Trading
- Skills in Front Arena is highly advantageous

* Excellent communications skills:
- Effective presentation and interpersonal skills
- Written and verbal English
- Swedish is not required, but basic skills > advantageous
- Other foreign language skills are > advantageous

* Client Service and Team Working skills:
- Understanding and focusing on clients' needs, > establishing credibility and building positive, > professional, relationships with clients
- Ability to establish and maintain effective > working relationships with all levels within > organization, internally and externally
- Strong time management skills, ability to > prioritize and complete tasks in timely manner
- Have attention to details, and must be > resourceful
- Agile methods and Incident Management

* Technical skills and experience:
- Thorough knowledge of the FIX protocol
- Used to working in a Windows based > environment
- Experience with SQL Server in complex > environments
- Basic skills in programming, python scripting > and network communication

* Other required skills and abilities:
- Analytical, problem solving skills
- Flexibility, versatility, dependability
- Ability work under pressure

• Thorough knowledge of FIS - > Front Arena products
• Thorough knowledge of FIX > Protocol
* Working experience with > Microsoft SQL Server
* Understanding of Financial > Markets and financial instrument types traded.
* Detailed understanding of all > instruments supported within Front Arena
* A degree in Finance, > Engineering or Computer Sciences and/or experience
* 2-3 years of experience in the > financial industry
* 2-3 years of experience in a > financial software development/ support environment
