About Group IT
Swedbank Group IT is located in Sweden, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. We are 1400 employees responsible for running the bank, developing and maintening business strategic and central systems in Swedbank.
All development is managed in projects and we deliver approximately 600 projects and pre-studies during a business year.
Through understanding and acting from the needs of our internal customers, we offer the group competitive IT-solutions which support new products and high level services to our clients.
About us
Our goal is to deliver excellent development and maintenance service to our customer Group Product at the business side.
We are responsible for maintenance of both domestic and international payments in a critical environment.
The team consist of 13 people in Sweden and 3 in Lithuania
About the job
You will be responsible for a couple of systems connected to the Swedish and International payments area. You will be working both with maintenance and development within the systems but also be prepared to work for other areas that might acquire your competence. There is also need of on call connected to this role.

About you
You need to have at least two years of experience from the Payments Area and mainframe within banking and IT. The systems that we maintain have high criticality so it's important that you as a person have a high sense of details and are structured in your work. We also aim for a person with a creative mind that can come up with new ideas and improvements.
You like to work in a team and are eager to help your colleagues when needed, and have the curiosity and interest to learn new things. You also have a positive attitude to changes.
You also need to have:
• Experience about the Swedish and International payments area
• At least 5 years of experience with maintenance/development
• Cobol
• DB2
• JCL
• TSO
Fluency in Swedish and a good oral and written English levelWe offer
