App Business Manager
Lynk & Co is about to start developing the customer journey of a lifetime and we need an experienced creative App business manager to take charge!
Do you think like there is no box? Can you lead a team to create digital innovations? Do you want to lead us ahead of the game?
We want a person with experience of creative app development, preferable for end consumers who knows the digital trend before they happen.
You will develop the creative concept of the app and approve deliveries from the App Product owner. This role will lead the business parts of the agile App projects by defining business requirements, creative development, user acceptance testing, implementation activities and project time and budget management.
You will report to the Digital Channel business owner and work in the Digital Channels team that handles all the Lynk & Co customer facing digital touchpoints.
Key responsibilities:
* Use knowledge of marketing and digital processes and business acumen to guide cross-functional teams in the execution of App projects
* Stakeholder management in order to gather all business requirements
* Be part of the concept creation
* Be part of sourcing processes to find suppliers
* Create micro user journeys for App
* Conduct business analysis and create flow diagrams of core business processes that new systems development will support
* Define detailed business requirements necessary for systems development and deployment
* Work closely with the App product owner
* Create project timelines and drive progress to meet deadlines by overcoming obstacles with creative solutions
* Create and govern App budget
Qualifications / Professional Experience
Most likely you have previous experience in creative app development and of developing creative digital innovations, working with global solutions and target groups in agile projects.
To succeed you need to have an entrepreneurial mindset, combined with strong attention to detail and proactive follow-up. The role is highly collaborative and has high demands on your communication skills.
You havedDemonstrated ability to initiate projects, create project charters and gather detailed requirements.
PMP, Agile/scrum or similar certifications and formal project management training is a plus.
