In Swedbank you have the opportunity to: Take responsibility for monitoring surrounding systems and updates, while fostering cross-border collaboration and strategically mitigating team dependencies.
Navigate high-pressure environments by building strong foundations for cooperation within your team and across different platforms, trains, and channels, ensuring alignment with business and market requirements.
Develop short-term application roadmaps in collaboration with Product and Business Owners.
Contribute to shaping business outlooks and market expectations as part of roadmap planning.
Engage in defining business rules and requirements for services your team manages.
Prioritize backlog and tasks, ensuring efficient operational delivery within the team.
Drive feature creation and prioritize deliveries using SAFe methodology; lead sprint planning activities.
Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for application vendors when required.
Participate in external forums and working groups to expand professional knowledge and networks.
Define team member profiles, strategize long-term development, and support day-to-day activities for optimal capacity formation.
What is needed in this role: Genuine interest in developing large and complex transformations.
Well-documented experience in domestic and international payment domains; business experience is beneficial.
Proven leadership skills with experience leading agile development teams at scale, particularly using SAFE methodology.
Comfortable working independently with high responsibility; adept at making informed decisions.
Skilled at deeply understanding both IT and business aspects, facilitating effective integration between them.
Ability to build networks and collaborate effectively across geographically distributed environments; experienced in managing external suppliers.
Solution-oriented with a strong drive to achieve structured problem-solving outcomes.
Excellent communication skills; fluent in English.
