Key Responsibilities:
• Processing vendor invoices.
• Managing email inboxes and physical mail.
• Managing outgoing payments.
• Contributing to month-end closing activities.
• Responding to inquiries from vendors and internal teams.
• Working together with the business and other team members on AP-related issues.
• Taking part in the drive for change and ongoing enhancement of the AP process.
Must-Have Skills:
• Experience with invoices.
• Knowledge of Accounts Payable.
• Experienced with handling payments.
• Strong ability in managing relationships with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English (Expert level required).
