We currently have the following job opening;
Business Development Officer
As the Business Development Officer you report directly to the Senior Manager of Business Development & Corporate Strategy and work closely with all stakeholders to ensure overall group alignment. You are responsible for identifying and developing business opportunities as well defining, implementing and continuously improving processes, methods and tools to successfully run the business development operations. You will proactively contribute to enable further global expansion for the CEVT and Geely enterprises. As the Business Development Officer you are also responsible to facilitate, coordinate and lead meetings with both internal and external customers and to coordinate and follow up meeting actions.
Responsibilities and tasks
• Identify new business opportunities for the CEVT enterprise.
• Lead communication with internal and external customers.
• Proactively improve CEVT's market position and contribute to achieve financial growth.
• Define, implement and continuously improve processes, methods and tools for successful business development operations.
• Work closely with CEVT R&D organization and follow the technology development in order to sustain and increase technical awareness.
• Prepare scope of work for business opportunities and presentation material for senior management decisions.
• Responsible for the completion of CEVT Corporate Report and Corporate Reporting system.
Profile and Background
• Sc. or M.Sc. in Business Management/Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Experience from working as a business developer or equivalent positions.
• Experience from process definition and development.
• Good knowledge of automotive architecture definitions. Strong personal drive and motivation with ability to take initiative and complete tasks.
• Analytic and problem solving mindset.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to interact effectively with senior management and other organizations.
• Passion for business development and identifying and enabling business potentials.
• Strong in motivate and engage people to achieve overall goals.
• Fluent in English, spoken and written, is a must. Knowledge in Chinese is a merit.
• Cultural awareness and experience in global environment, Chinese and European preferred.
