We currently have the following job opening;
Project Management Assistant
As a project management assistant you are responsible for supporting Project Managers on various project management tasks, and ensure the deliverables of the project.
Responsibilities and tasks
• Support Project Manager to arrange project meetings, prepare meeting materials.
• Support Project Manager to ensure the delivery timing of the different project tasks.
• Basic project planning, cost control and quality control.
• Communication between different team to improve efficiency
• Take on project related Issue tracking tasks
• Take on other simple project tasks
Requirements
• B.Sc. degree or above, mechanical/electrical engineering or computer science background preferred.
• At least one year experience in automotive development/manufacturing.
• Good communication skills.
• High self motivation on working.
• Persistency to pursue targets, able to work under pressure.
• Quick and efficient in problem tracking/resolving.
• Cultural sensitivity, especially Asian – European culture.
• Experience of project management is preferred.
• Fluent English, Chinese language skill is preferred.
