Ubisoft Stockholm, led by industry veteran Patrick Bach, is the newest video game development studio in the Ubisoft family. The studio will focus on the development of AAA games for some of Ubisoft's biggest franchises, including the recently announced Avatar game.
Job Description
We are looking for a animation associate producer to coordinate for one or several features teams in the Avatar project. You will be in charge of the day to day production, working closely with directors to support with direction and prioritization and on the planning and structure of the feature team/s. Moreover you will be reporting to the Studio producer on the overall status of the feature team and where you are in relation to the plan. As you will work in close cooperation with Massive in Malmö there will be occasional travel involved.
This is a permanent position based in Stockholm, Sweden, and requires working onsite.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to prioritize and improve clarity of directions, vision and goals
• Ensure that various planning and follow up tools are implemented and kept up to date and make sure that features are delivered on time
• Follow-up with the managers and update the staffing plans for the feature team
• Facilitate production build & sprint planning, stand ups and retrospect's
• Organize design workshops and signoffs together with designers
• Identify risks, communicate mitigation strategy and propose / implement contingency plans to stay aligned with the roadmap

Qualifications
• University degree in business administration, project management, arts or equivalent
• Experience from AAA games industry in team and project management
• Understanding of good practices within animation
• Experience from managing outsourcing partners
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Analytical, technical and excellent project management skills (agile and scrum methodologies)
• Knowledge of relevant project management tools, design documentation and production processes
