Our Engineering department is creating a strong foundation of skills for new technologies and innovations.
We have a committed passion to create and deliver iconic and desirable global products suitable for volume production. For that purpose we need to strengthen our Durability/Reliability Validation & Testing Unit.
We are now looking for a Advanced Engineer interior validation and testing!
Description
The Durability/Reliability team, that you will be part of, is incorporated in a bigger unit inside the Vehicle Integration & Testing Organization. You will be part of a strong team that is responsible for all durability, reliability testing within interior and exterior area.
In your role you will work both with internal and external customers as well as with cooperation partners. You will report to the Manager TDC, vehicle integration and testing.
The role as Advanced Engineer Interior validation Testing:
- Validation of interior systems, functionality under varying driving and climatic condition.
- Develop and document test methods
- VAP (Validation Activity Planning)
- Support in work with FMEA and legal requirements interpretation
- Support in budget work and investments
- Supporting the unit with other necessary activities
We are looking for someone with:
- Minimum education of a High School or equivalent.
- Experience in test equipment and systems used for testing and analyzing test results
- Experience of airbags and seatbelt testing.
- Hands-on- and theoretical knowledge and experience in durability testing of the flexible structure, both regarding electrical, climatic and strength and fatigue, minimum 5 years
- A good knowledge of measurement systems Ipetronik/diadem, LMS pimento, Lab View, MTS flex test and gyro measurements with Microstrain.
- Good knowledge in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Driving license B
