We are now looking for a key member to join our development team and help us expand further, creating and developing a banking app that people will love to use. At Qapital you will work as part of a fantastic and international team, in beautiful offices from Stockholm to New York City.
Responsibilities
• Advance the technical platform by; Drive the architectural design of components used throughout the application forward, advocate for technical changes, not driven only by feature development.
• Provide technical support for the product, as needed
• Lead development projects to completeness
• Be involved in TDD or BDD development process
Your background could look something like this:
• At least 5 years of Android development.
• Experience of Android UI development and the implementation of Material Design interfaces. Either past employment or open source projects.
• Experience with RxJava and/or Reactive programming models.
• Genuine interest in making your UI feel fluent and alive.
• Strong background in the Java programming language.
• Great team skills, experience of team leadership is a plus.
• You have one or more apps you've built or been a part of building.
• Experience with Android Databinding and Model-View-Presenter architecture would be a plus. So is if you are familiar with Kotlin.
