Univrses is a 3D Computer Vision and Machine Learning company based in Stockholm, creating high-end technologies for autonomous systems. We work in several different areas, but our main focus is on self-driving vehicles, mobile robotics and smart city development. Our team consists of hard-working and friendly people from all over the world with diverse backgrounds and expert knowledge in computer vision, robotics, machine learning, physics, math, software development and more
Your role
You will be part of designing, building and scaling Univrses' products
You will implement new features and mature our Android app
You will use your experience to design efficient solutions for our Android app
You will collaborate closely with our designers, Computer Vision scientists and product owners to iterate fast and test new ideas on the app
You will create cutting-edge technologies for applications that will help change the way we live our lives
You will develop and maintain Univrses' Smart City platform 3DAITM City
3DAITM City
The 3DAITM City platform is a scalable answer to the growing demand for data about the urban environment. The data is made accessible by deploying a smartphone on a vehicle already operating in the city. Images from the smartphone camera are processed "at the edge" by Univrses' Computer Vision and AI in an app.
Who you are
You have 5 or more years of industrial experience.
You have deep knowledge of modern Android operating system.
You are experienced using modern Android development tools.
You have experience with the Java Native Interface (JNI).
You have released at least one app or have a project you can tell us about
You know how to write readable, maintainable and object oriented Java code.
You are self-driven with a strong sense of quality
You love working in an environment where you constantly experiment and iterate quickly
You value team success over personal success
You have experience working in an agile environment
You are experienced or interested in developing apps in iOS (Bonus point)
