We are now looking for a Strategic Product Manager and Analytics Solution Portfolio Lead to join our team, are you the person who wants to take the opportunity to shape the future of technology?
As Strategic Product Manager and Analytics Solution Portfolio Lead, responsible for an Analytics Solution portfolio, the purpose of the job role is to handle Solutions from strategy to end of life. Exceeding expectations from the Business Stakeholder and maximizing Business Value, considering dependencies and prioritizations within Ericsson. You will drive the portfolio into Next Generation Analytics.
SA Data and Analytics (GIT SA DA) is a function with the aim to shape and execute on our Data & Analytics strategy, to enable Ericsson's digital transformation into an Intelligent Enterprise. Our North Star is to empower Ericsson in being a Data Driven company and to enable powerful Intelligent Insights.
As a Strategic Product Manager and Analytics Portfolio Lead you will
Stakeholder Management and Engagement lead
Build business case and value argumentation for new Analytics solutions
Lead Application Development Team(s), incl dimensioning, staffing and methodologies used
Manage Portfolio Budget forecast and Budget adherence
Handle LCM for included Solutions
Develop & Maintain Solution Road maps, Backlog and Sprint plans for one or several Analytics
Solution Portfolios
Interact with, set requirements on and secure commitment from GIT/SADA Product Areas on products included in the Analytics Solution
Addressing new Stakeholder opportunities and expanding the engagement/Portfolio
Manage security and regulatory compliance requirements of the Analytics Solution
Drive Next-gen Analytics in your portfolio; predictive, prescriptive, embedded, streaming, augmented (including AI & ML components)
To be successful in the role you have
Education: MSC, MBA and or equivalent through experience, Engineering background preferable
Proven ability to guide teams with agile leadership
Understands business value and committed to enable value delivery
Customer-centric approach for Solution prioritization
Ability to navigate stakeholder demands to ensure the right prioritization/sequencing
Strong intrapersonal skills and ability to empower and mentor team members
Knowledge Sharing & Collaboration Skills
Excellent presentation and communication skills
IT Project Management and/or Solution Architect experience
Data and Analytics IT Systems and Processes
