About the role
As an Analytics Implementation Specialist, you will be part of the Data & Machine Learning team responsible to bring data to the fingertips of the organisation. Together with the Senior Analytics Implementation Specialist, you will lead and execute tracking and analytics projects across all Lendo markets in Europe, working with website and app implementations.
Aspects of work include, but are not limited to:

Translating data stakeholders' needs into measurement implementations in Google Tag Manager

Maintaining a dialogue with frontend and backend developers around data layer and measurement protocol implementation

Collaborating with the rest of the team on data engineering and machine learning projects linked to Analytics and behavior data

Auditing and documenting the collected data for data stakeholders and engineers

Diagnosing data collection issues

Educating the organization and improving the overall data literacy

Keeping up to date with the development of the products within the different markets to help establish and maintain a proactive approach to data collection
Who you are
You have the technical knowledge, insights into the digital landscape, and an eagerness to explore the world of measurement and digital analytics. You are a problem solver, thinking ahead regarding potential future requirements, best practices, and technology. We expect you to have good rhetoric and people skills, as liaising between commercial and technical stakeholders is part of the daily work.
You are not expected to be an analyst, but having such skills will distinguish you from other candidates!

Prefer facilitating training and workshops? Work on data literacy initiatives. Want to mix implementation with generating insights? Work closely with the Insights team to democratize the collected data!
Requirements

1-2 years of experience in measurement implementation

Experience in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager

Basic knowledge of JavaScript

Attention to detail and organization skills

Professional English proficiency
Nice to haves

Skills in Digital Analytics and Data Visualization

Experience in SQL (BigQuery in particular)

Experience in app development

Understanding of CRO and A/B-testing

Understanding of digital marketing (SEO/SEM)
