We are looking for an Analytics Engineer to join our Data and Machine Learning team at Lendo. As an Analytics Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions that meet the needs of our organization. You will work closely with our data analysts, data scientists, and business stakeholders to understand their requirements, translate them into technical specifications together with our BI Architect and Data Engineers, and implement data solutions
Responsibilities:

Take the main ownership of the insight platform, hosted in Tableau. This includes datasets, documentation, optimization, structure. We also want to further utilize the features of the platform and take advantage of different AI-powered functions that they provide. The markets have their own analysis functions, so this role would focus on enabling the analysts to become even more efficient in their role.

Collaborate with data analysts, data scientists, and business stakeholders to understand and translate requirements, and implement new data fields, data sets, or functionalities needed.

Help business users with tableau related questions, such as advanced calculations, new features and similar.

Maintain and improve reports aimed at global teams and cross-country key performance metrics.

Monitor and troubleshoot the performance of our BI solutions to ensure they meet the needs of our organization.
Qualifications:

Degree in business, finance, computer science or other relevant fields.

Around 2-3 years of experience working with analysis, data visualization, data engineering or similar.

Experience working with agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum, Kanban etc) and enjoys working in a fast paced environment.

Knowledge of Tableau (strongly preferred) or other BI-tools for visualization and analysis.

Experience of working towards non-technical business users and translating needs into actionable tasks for tech.

Scripting in SQL to extract data from databases and create datasets.

Experience, or interest in, working with AI and ML tools to enhance or drive data analysis. This will be a focus area for Lendo going forward so an interest or knowledge in the area is highly beneficial.

The position is based in Stockholm where we offer hybrid work options (you are however expected to be in the office at a minimum 2 days per week)
