hela Sverige Hi, my name is Jan Guhrés and I am looking for an Analytics Data Engineer. It is a role where you will have the responsibility to provide the rest of the organization with relevant analytical data in the form of master data, reference data and data marts built in or on top of our target BI systems. This is done in close co-operation with the business, our analytical teams and the IT organization.
YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE?
Telia Company Sweden has an established team for analytics, and we are one important part of that team. Part of our responsibility is to feed relevant analytical data to the rest of the analytics organization, as well as to the rest of Telia Company. The other main part of our responsibility is to work together with IT and make sure we deliver on those tasks that are most important and drive the highest business value. We also have a strategic focus, identifying missing capabilities and future data need.
Your part in the team is to deliver the data that the rest of the group builds their analysis and reports upon, and make sure it has the right quality and timeliness. We are really serious in our ambition to become data driven and to use data to run and develop business and processes. Our team is a crucial part of what makes this happen. I believe that data can be used to make a real difference, and I like to be a part in making this change happen.
WHAT ABOUT YOU?
You are likely have knowledge of a Telco operator, with a formal degree in Business/Economics or Engineering. You have experience in several Business Intelligence and Data Warehouse tools, such as Qlik for visualization and Cloudera/Hadoop and Teradata for Data Warehouse. Knowledge of Informatica and/or SAS tools is an advantage. Your main focus is SQL and similar ways of cleaning, merging and restructuring data from several sources, creating new usable data sets.
You are also skilled in how to source data from internal and external sources and what to consider when automating such flows. You can quickly profile a new data set, suggest how to source it and create a prototype to prove your point. You understand the importance of documenting and sharing your knowledge and are used to handling many simultaneous initiatives while maintaining a high pace.

Your experience:
• Worked with Data Analytics and/or Business Intelligence in the Nordics
• Very good knowledge in SQL
• You have worked with SAS tools
• University degree
