Ownership of analytical strategy and deliveries focusing in market expansion, growth initiatives and tracking of key customer KPIs
Tracking, monitoring and reporting of performance by channel and product to ensure propositions and pricing structures meet business objectives
Overarching responsibility for analytical coverage including but not limited to market expansion, market analysis, customer growth and financial performance, segment potential and opportunity assessments
Coordination of overall Go-To-Market (GTM) process, timelines and coordination
Development of propensity and consumer behavior models using quantitative techniques relying on internal and external data
Identify process loopholes and revenue leakages caused by channel/ campaign conflict or misalignment with commercial objectives and fix with alternative solutions
Education & Experience Needed
5+years of exposure to TMT/ digital/media industry working in analytical/commercial/ strategy roles
Extensive experience in development and usage of analytical methods and tools, including statistics and quantitative research techniques
Experience in establishing/ developing data processing tools and software such as Tableau, SAS, BI360, SQL etc. and techniques such as Propensity and Regression Modelling, Segmentation Analysis and Predictive Modelling
Strong financial understanding of the different levers in TMT industry affecting revenue/ profitability and impact on customer base
Educational background in programming/software engineering & development would be an advantage
Personal characteristics
Proven ability to work above and beyond role description based on business needs
Results-oriented, highly driven and dedicated to delivering high quality
To be able to work with people across different functional backgrounds in multiple projects
Confident in dealing with senior management and able to voice their opinions in larger group meetings
International work experience across different professional cultures/ management styles would be an advantage
