hela Sverige Perido is looking for a Jr. Business Development Manager to our customer, Netigate. Netigate is a leading European provider of cloud-based services for online surveys, using innovative sales methods to reach current and future success. With more than 2,000 clients in more than 40 countries and across all industries, Netigate helps organizations gain valuable insights, make better business decisions and improve processes. The position is placed at their modern office in the center of Stockholm, where you will work together with motivated colleagues in a culture characterized by a strong team spirit and having fun at work.
As a Jr. Business Development Manager, you will provide strong analytical support to major strategic change projects and get the opportunity to lead smaller projects of your own where you actively involve colleagues from across the organization. One of your main tasks will be to take the lead on innovation projects with all its phases - from evaluating new ideas, conduct research, planning, packaging testing and implementation - to take projects from idea to realization. Your analytical skills and technical understanding will come to good use as you devote a great deal of your time to dive deep into data and information to be summarized and presented to stakeholders. Some of your other responsibilities will be trend watch and competitor analysis to ensure Netigate's position in the frontline of product development and innovations within the industry. As part of this sales driven organization you will help with sales enablement and take part in creating strategy and product material for new offerings and launches. To support the sales team, you will also help with setting up system integrations and work flows.

Required qualifications
• A University degree in a relevant field
• A few years of experience working as a consultant or equivalent, preferably with a technical focus
• Good understanding for strategic change projects, processes and structures
• Great analytical skills and interest in strategy
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Meritorious
• Experience from working in Salesforce or other CRM system
Contract type and hours
Full time. Start as soon as possible. The final candidate with be hired by Netigate.
