Analytics is key for our clients, the backbone of making informed decisions is to base them on the best information available. Our analytics team helps some of Sweden's largest companies become data driven and we need more people to make an even bigger difference for our clients.
In this role, you will consult with both Avanade colleagues and business users toward the efficient and effective use of data that exists within the organization, enabling analytic and Business Intelligence functions. Additionally, in this position you will help design, develop, and implement standardized ETL processes used to populate the data warehouse and business data marts, on premises and in the cloud

What you will do
• Create BI & analytics solutions for some of Sweden's largest companies
• Lead workstreams or design solutions within a larger project
• Work with Microsoft technologies, in cloud or on premises
• Work closely with key client personnel including business and IT stakeholders
• Be the person that connects our clients and their ideas with our delivery teams
• Work with technologies like Power BI, SQL Server stack, OLAP or Azure
QualificationsWho you are
• A driven person that wants to make a difference with their strong technical and communication skills
• Several years of experience working with BI, data warehousing or analytics solutions
• A problem solver with excellent communication skills
• Structured, able to lead others in their work
It's a plus if you
• Are used to explain business benefits of the Microsoft analytics platform do to new clients
• Have experience leading or working with distributed teams
