The current development pipeline includes products for treatment of pain, opiate addiction, cancer and endocrinology. We are now looking to strengthen Camurus? organization with a qualified and driven Analytical Chemist / Separation Specialist. The work involves development, qualification, implementation, and transfer of analytical techniques and methods for internal and/or external use. Other responsibilities include analytical support of process and formulation development, and release and stability testing of clinical material and drug products.
Applicants should have a MSc or PhD degree in analytical chemistry, and have strong interest and expertise of qualitative and quantitative analysis of pharmaceuticals using chromatographic techniques. Excellent report writing ability and communications skills and willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, team-oriented environment are further requests.
We want you who have:
An analytical chemistry or similar university degree
Strong experience with method development and validation for analysis of pharmaceuticals using chromatographic techniques (HPLC-UV and HPLC-MS)
Efficient in documenting and writing reports for internal and external use
Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, team-oriented environment
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Swedish.
We would prefer that you have been working in compliance with cGMP/GLP and other regulatory requirements such as the ICH guidelines.
Experience from analysis of biological drug substances such as peptides and proteins and structure elucidation of impurities by mass spectrometry are further merits.
