Analytical and ambitious Business Controller to Greenwork Tools, GLOBE Group
In this role you will have a key position in the organization where you play an active part as a business controller. You will have the responsibility to improve the overall business performance and you will work to enable the organization to take well-grounded decisions. Your responsibilities include providing support and developing reports, KPI:s and tools to monitor and evaluate the business area. The purpose is to develop and increase operational efficiency and profitability.
In this position you will report to the Managing director and VP Finance & Operation located in Malmö.
Key responsibilities
* Be responsible to manage financial planning, budget & forecasting processes within the Business Area
* Be responsible for the overall business and management reporting within the organization.
* Analyze and develop relevant KPI:s and underlying Business Units.
* Actively track the business performance against the business plan and other targets.
* Actively support the business in strategic initiatives and be responsible business case modelling together with BA/BU management.
* Establish contacts throughout the organization to have active dialogue with the key internal stakeholders. This will require good understanding for respective BU 's operations and regular work at the respective BU responsible.
* Take part in the development of business controlling to ensure a continuous development of the Business Control function.
* Support the monthly, quarterly and annual closing process.
Who are you?
You have an academic degree in business administration or another relevant field and at least 4 years of experience from working with finance analysis and business controlling. You have an interest in and a good knowledge from working with business controlling as well as analysis of large amounts of data. Previous experience from Sales companies as well as an international environment is meritorious. It is preferable if you have been working in SAP and in a Business Intelligence tool. You have very good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint and you are fluent in English, both written and spoken.

You also have an ability to combine strong analytical skills and a strategical mindset. You gain meaningful insights from detailed financial data and present the conclusions in a clear and concise manner, tailoring messages to the relevant stakeholder audience. You perform your work thoroughly and responsibly both while working individually and in teams.
To be successful you must be willing to learn, have the drive to really make a difference and the ability to deliver high quality within a stipulated time frame. Furthermore, you have a positive, pedagogical, proactive mindset. You enjoy analysis and you have the ability to translate numbers into ideas. You are also a value driven person who thrive in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
