About the position
Perido is looking for an analytical administrator manager who wants to work for our partner, a successful company that develops smart and easy payment solutions and is expanding globally. This job is positioned at the company's modern headquarters in the heart of Stockholm.
Your daily tasks
Here you will support a team with the outsourcing processes to the company's external collection partners which includes a lot of data management, some SQL and coordination and communication with external partners as well as the team. This is what your mission will revolve around:
Debt Collection outsourcing deliverables
Implement and onboard new Debt Collection Agencies and initiatives
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
Discover and drive improvements for team practices
Cover for team members during absences
Your qualifications
In order to be successful in this role, you have a high level of responsibility and always make sure to offer a high level of service orientation. We believe that you like tasks where you get to use your analytical skills, because there will be lots of it. Furthermore, abilities like structured, organized and forward going also nails who you are. Lastly, since the environment is international, you are very good at skillfully communicate in English.

Requirements
Post-secondary education
Experience from a similar role
Experience in SQL and/or a strong interest to grow into analytics
General computer skills
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Contract type and hours
Full time. Consulting assignment until 2022-10-31. Start 2021-08-09.
