Real Estate Advisory holds the responsibility to help the targeted real estate and construction clients within Swedbank by developing ideas and solutions, by giving strategic and financial advice regarding banking- and capital market transactions, such as merger & acquisitions, IPOs and capital raising.
In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
• Become an integral part of different project teams, always including a Real Estate Advisory project manager as well as other internal and external specialists. You will be involved in analysing, presenting and advising clients on banking- and capital market transactions.
• Build and develop a network within the Real Estate segment within Swedbank across geographies.
• Work in a team of highly devoted individuals who thrive in the intense transaction-based working environment, where team results are valued ahead of individual achievements.
• Our daily work is characterised by a high pace and as an analyst you will be given the opportunity to develop your analytical skills in a professional, demanding but also friendly environment - offering a steep learning curve.
What is needed in this role:
• Preferable 3-5 years' experience in similar with financial and/or corporate background. Candidates with strong academic record specializing in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a similar field to be considered.
• Outstanding analytical skills combined with a strong practical understanding.
• Strong Excel (financial modelling) and Power Point skills
• High work capacity, a flexible and commercial attitude as well as attention to details.
• Interest in and knowledge of Real Estate, capital markets and business.
• Social and cooperative skills.
• Fluency in English as well as a Scandinavian language.

be part of a professional Real Estate advisory team within Corporates & Institutions. The Real Estate Advisory team consist of 5 employees and are be based in Stockholm and help the targeted clients within Swedbank real estate sector by developing ideas and solutions, by giving strategic advice regarding banking- and capital market transactions. The team include personnel with competence within equity research, capital structure, M&A, capital markets and corporate loans.
