We are now looking for an Analyst Strategic Business Financial & Planning to join the Finance team for AXA XL Nordics. This is a new role reporting Finance Manager Nordics, the team currently consist of two other people.
As Analyst Strategic Business Financial & Planning you are responsible for making sure that the technical P&L is correct. Furthermore, this position includes all kinds of analyses of the technical P&L, the planning and the forecasting. The analyst also prepares analyses to support the Country Manager and the Insurance Underwriters in their decision making.

• Monitor, analyze and review the technical P&L on Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly basis
• Drive and actively take part in the long - and short term planning and forecasting:
o Supporting the Country Manager and the underwriters
o Analyses and reviews
o Entering information into the planning tool Anaplan
• Perform the monthly and quarterly accruals for the technical P&L
• Support the organization in the business decision based on the analyses
• Be a key user of the different P&L analyzes tools
• Have an understanding of the business system Genius
• Participate in different kinds of projects
SHARE your talent
We're looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:
• Degree in Business Administration or similar field
• Advanced experience in a business analyst role in global companies
• Experience from insurance companies is an advantage
• Proven experience in analyzing numbers in a complex context
• Fluent in English, speaking and writing
• Swedish, speaking and writing is an advantage
• Excellent skills in Excel
• Excellent in building relationship with relevant stakeholders
