Job description
The Business Planning and Intelligence team reviews and analyze the business development and competitors in dairy value chain. The team is also responsible for driving the development of key group activities as strategic plan process and market segmentation deployment. We provide support to senior management with relevant analysis in order to achieve company targets and commitments.
In order to create a solid base for decision making the BPI team is also responsible for develop a set of market data and market share analysis (BPI data). We are now looking for a new team member with excellent skills and drive to further develop the usage of the BPI data.
The main responsibilities of the role are
• Drive standardization in the analysis, reporting and presentation of the performance
• Analyze and initiate actions by finding, understanding & communicating complex issues and their impact through KPIs.
• Actively develop cross functional networks to more effectively drive usage of the BPI data throughout the organization
• Secure and develop the data base and data collection of the BPI data
• Actively participate in dairy value chain analyses and communication of the Monthly publications, i.e. BI monthly and milk price review
• Support in building competition insight
• Inco-operate trends and conclusions into the strategic planning process.
• Prepare presentation material for top management & Board.
Who are you?
We are looking for a highly business oriented person with strong analytical skills and the determination to find and understand complex underlying issues and their impact. You will be the key person in managing the data set and thus will need excellent skills in access and excel. We think that you have highly developed strategic thinking but also the ability to be hands on, pragmatic problem solver unafraid to explore new areas. The ability to take initiative and interact in a cross functional environment and to present complicated details in a clear and simple visual way are very important. You are skilled in developing presentation material targeted for different audiences, primarily senior management. You are fluent in English and Swedish is not mandatory. You perform your work with a high level of integrity and in a thorough and accurate way.
We think that you have a masters degree with focus on Economics and Business Administration, alternative Engineering. You have a minimum of 2 years experience as a business analyst in an international environment and the ability to understand and predict business results. You also have a proven experience of working with requirements of senior management.
