Are you a team player interested in generating actionable business insights for Consumer Sales Nordic as part of the Customer Insight team?
We are a small, tight, creative team looking forward to welcome you!
As Customer Insight Analyst you will
• perform advanced analytics to evaluate extensive data on Swedish and Finish consumers and SME, directly impacting the decisions made by the Consumer Sales Nordic management team
• work side by side with Marketing and Sales in integrated teams, advising them on target and control group selections for marketing campaigns by creating predictive models, running experiments, and optimizing selection criteria
• provide critical input to the development of multi-channel (telemarketing, postal mail, email, and online) campaign development through the Customer Interface Management system
• focus on customer journeys and the digital transformation as part of an organization adopting an ?Agile? way of working with Scrum
• predict beforehand and evaluate afterwards the impact of campaigns on customer value, as well as acquisition, retention, and attrition rates
• continually provide the Consumer Sales Nordic organization with recommendations for action by drawing insights from customer survey and campaign results, and ongoing developments in the customer base

Professional- and personal requirement
We are looking for a team player that combines the curiosity of a researcher with the pragmatics of business. We think you are able to see the actual customer behind the numbers and find it meaningful to improve the customer?s experience and at the same time enjoy using quantitative methods to create business value. You are comfortable to manage parallel assignments and deliver to multiple stakeholders and have the pedagogical skills to effectively present the analytical insights to marketers who may be lacking a quantitative background.
In other words, we imagine you are an experienced analyst, familiar with large databases, multiple data sources and cross-functional projects. You are used to work with quantitative methods, such as statistics, and databases, (SQL), or other tools for handling data. SPSS, R, SAS or similar tools for analyzing data are part of your daily work.
You have an university degree in a quantified field, such as Econometrics, Economics, statistics, Mathematics, Natural Science or Social Science. Degrees or courses in Econometrics, Marketing or Statistics are especially at interest.
You are fluent in English both written and oral. Swedish and/or Finnish are a plus.
