Aon Rewards Solutions offers consulting and outsourcing services in the HR area with a focus on developing and securing the companies' most important asset - the employees. We have about 20 employees in Sweden and are part of Aon with a total of 200 employees in Sweden, globally we are around 69,000 employees.
Our tools for job evaluation, salary analysis, salary mapping and salary statistics / market salary information are well established and are the strongest in the Swedish market. Our customer base is broad and includes both private and public businesses.
We are located at Stadion in Stockholm and have a local office in Gothenburg and Malmö. The local corporate culture is business-focused, entrepreneurial and informal.
The analyst will be a member of the global team but majority of the work will be with the local clients in Sweden. This entails helping clients classify their employees, collect their pay data, analyze and validate their data submissions, create databases, produce reports, and provide support for our local website.
The role is data focused and the individual will also be asked to help clients, explain our services and procure their participation of our local surveys.
Analysis and support group
Looking for you who is a skilled and driving analyst with good knowledge in Excel. Your duties will include the collection and processing of our national and international market wage and benefit surveys. You will also be responsible for analyzing, interpreting, and assessing the reasonableness of the information produced as well as formulating conclusions. Another important element in the work is to help our customers in interpreting statistics and to use our various IT tools for, for example, statistical analyzes, job evaluation, reporting of market wage information, etc.
The work of the analysis and support group also means acting as support and assistance for our consultants, with whom you will have very close contact and collaboration. You will also be able to participate in the design of new IT tools and statistics services, as well as carry out tests in connection with their introduction.
Personal characteristics
You have a high sense of service in combination with a good pedagogical ability to meet internal and external customers' needs for help. In addition, you are used to creating databases, analyzing the data and being able to explain the statistics in a meaningful matter.
Requirements profile
A suitable educational background is that you have read economics and/or statistics, but you can also have an HR background combined with interest and knowledge in statistics and a habit of using IT in your work. 1-2 years of relevant professional work experience. Good knowledge of Excel is a requirement for fulfilling this job. Native or fluent Swedish and our corporate language is English, good knowledge of English is therefor also a must.
Technical skills
Excellent MS Excel skills
Experience in SAS or similar programming background
Experience in or academic knowledge of using compensation/benefits surveys
Experience in data analysis, surveys/surveys data and reporting
Experience of producing and presenting reports, in a clear and concise manor, to a variety of audiences
