Aurobay is looking for an experienced Analysis Engineer for our section that is responsible for boosting and exhaust systems within Engine Engineering department. This is a fantastic opportunity in a new business, where you will work as part of a top performance inhouse team with highly skilled people, to create world-class powertrain solutions.
The team has the system responsibility for developing and verifying Full Useful Life compliance for Exhaust After Treatment Systems (EATS) internals for gasoline and diesel engines for emission legislation worldwide. This includes advanced engineering projects, concept work and industrialization of EATS.

What will you do?
As an analysis engineer within EATS team, you will be responsible for producing and analyzing emission data from engine-bench and vehicles from concept phase to industrialization to find the best balance for EATS with respect to time, technique, and cost. You will work in the projects in close cooperation with group design leader, system responsible, component responsible and other analysis/calibration engineers.
You will take an active part in concept development and benchmark activities by identifying dimensional requirements and technical solutions alternatives. You will gain insight to key competitiveness factors for future products by participating in supplier meetings and keeping in contact with them.
The team consists of 17 persons who determine substrate positioning, number, size, cell density, wash coat type and PGM loading. The position provides the opportunity to gain insight to the light-duty hybrid vehicle business segment in a team with exceptionally skilled engineers both from academic- and product development perspective.
Do you fit the profile?
We believe you have at least a bachelor's degree within chemical or mechanical engineering or equivalent. We are looking for you who have at least 2 years or more working experience in dynamic engine-bench testing and or complete vehicle EATS testing and analysis.
You have deep knowledge of internal combustion engine function, and previous work experience within engine design, -modeling and -testing, engine calibration or general powertrain competence. You are fluent in English and possess a driver's license "B", valid in Sweden and you have the ability to travel if necessary.
We think you are an automotive enthusiast, who investigates and benchmark because of personal interest in the field. You are solution -oriented individual with an analytical mind-set and feel comfortable to present your results. You have a genuine interest in understanding the details behind technical requirements of exhaust aftertreatment systems.
