Analysis Engineer ESC system - Vehicle Dynamics Centre
Who are we
The section Vehicle Dynamics Centre is responsible for target setting, analysis and verification of Vehicle Dynamics, Braking and Driving Assistance. The concept of work includes objective testing and subjective evaluation of complete vehicles on Proving Grounds and during expeditions in real traffic environment. Other important deliveries are developing virtual models and performing simulation with Hardware in the Loop system (HIL) and Software in the Loop system (SIL). The organization is growing, and we are currently looking for one Analysis Engineer to work in the ESC team. You will perform testing and calibration of functionality in order to get the best possible customer experience. The complexity of the system require that you are familiar with test equipment and computers and how to use them in the car. You will work close together with colleagues within the group and suppliers.
What you will do
You will plan, prepare, lead and conduct attribute testing in vehicle, identifying needs and invent new test procedures when needed and cooperate with active safety engineers. You will evaluate and report test results, participate in cross-functional development teams and contribute to the development of advanced ABS functions.
You and your skills
You have M.Sc. degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical or Electrical engineering and have working experience with function development. It is important for this role to possess good knowledge in control theory.
English is our company language, hence fluency in English is mendatory.
You need to have experience with car driving on test track both in summer and winter conditions, hence driver's license "B", valid in Sweden, is a mendatory requirement.
