The section Vehicle Dynamics Centre is responsible for target setting, analysis and verification of Vehicle Dynamics, Braking and Driving Assistance. The work includes objective testing and subjective evaluation of complete vehicles on proving grounds and in real traffic environment. Other important tasks are developing virtual models and performing simulations.
The organization is growing, and we are currently looking for one Analysis Engineer to work in the ABS team. You will perform testing and calibration of functionality in order to reach the best possible customer experience. The complexity of the system require that you are familiar with test equipment and computers and how to use them in the car. You will work close together with colleagues within the group and suppliers.
Main responsibilities
* Plan, prepare, lead and conduct attribute testing in vehicle
* Identifying needs and invent new test procedures when needed
* Co-operation with active safety engineers
* Evaluate and report test results
* Participate in cross-functional development teams
* Contribute to the development of advanced ABS functions
Required qualifications
* MSc in mechatronics, mechanical or electrical engineering
* Experience with function development
* Good knowledge in control theory
* Fluent in English
* Experience with car driving on test track both in summer and winter condition
* Driver's license (B-level)
Personal qualities
* Able to plan, conduct, summarize report in a structured and thorough manner
* Strong analytical and communicating skills
* Positive and enthusiastic team player
