We are now looking for an AML & Due Diligence Officer to join us at Play'n GO.

As a result of continuous growth, we now seek to expand our due diligence department with an AML and CDD specialist. You will be playing a pivotal role in driving this important area of the business.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Oversee the company's CDD and AML processes and operational procedures
• Serve as the escalation point for AML related inquiries
• Assisting and/or conducting ad hoc requests from the commercial and finance departments
• Contributing to designing, implementing and maintaining internal AML/CFT compliance manuals, policies, procedures and systems
• Assist the Compliance department in the development of the AML training program and contribute to raise awareness among the stakeholders, in this working within our due diligence team by compiling risk assessments and management reports
• Oversee any high-risk customer profiles and record actions for audit purposes
• Provide expert advice for the determination of activity reporting
• It is intended that the right candidate will take on the position as reporting officer

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years as an AML/CFT and CDD officer
• Knowledge of national AML/CFT frameworks
• Good knowledge and understanding of AML/CDD best practices and the ability to take decisions around it
• Experience working in a regulated environment
• SAR reporting
• Wanting to lead colleagues in the area
• The ability to work independently
• Detail-oriented and organised
• Excellent document control
• Capable of training others and share your knowledge in a confident manner
• Naturally inquisitive, analytical, highlighting risks based on findings
• Strong research skills
• Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and data security standards
• Ability to multi-task and take initiative in all parts of the operation
• Have a proactive approach and propose improvement to existing processes
