In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:

• Follow-up on services provided by AFC regarding management of ML/TF and FS sanctions risks related to C&I's customers and transactions

• Proactively interpret relevant external and internal AML regulations and drive implementation in relevant instructions and processes related to on- and offboarding

• Act as C&I's point of contact towards AFC and coordinate requests

• Support Head of C&I in e.g., reviewing the general risk assessment

• Actively participate in and coordinate C&I's Financial Crime Committee to ensure oversight and control over financial crime risks within C&I

• Participate in projects and initiatives regarding the onboarding and offboarding processes

What is needed in this role:

• Exam in Business, Economics, Law or Science

• Experience from working in the financial sector, preferably corporate business and from AML Management specifically

• Solid AML/CTF/FS knowledge

• Relationship builder at all levels in all parts of the organization and with the ability to explain complexity in a simple way in images, text and concepts

• Analytically and strategically inclined combined with high integrity and a customer-oriented approach in your interaction with management and other stakeholders

• A strong power of initiative and a capability to deliver with high quality

• Verbal skills and excellent command of written and spoken English and Swedish, you can present complicated information in a professional and easily understandable manner

be a part of a highly motivated and skilled team of professionals, who are jointly responsible for the onboarding and offboarding processes for Swedbank corporate customers. In addition, the team has the responsibility to follow up on the services delivered from AFC to C&I related to ML/TF/FS risks. We are involved in strategically important initiatives related to the onboarding and offboarding processes and in our daily work we are interacting with a lot of different stakeholders in the bank which is both fun and challenging.
