Job Description
As an Ambulant Pattern Maker you will support Kids assortment. You are responsible to create desired silhouettes and maintain good fit in all sizes, always with customer in focus. You will act as a consulting pattern maker, supporting the Kids assortment. Your assignments will be managed and prioritized by the Assortment Pattern Maker. On behalf of the prioritized section/department, you will act on product development according to the identified needs and goals. You will also be a supporting role for the Fit & Size Competence Lead in suitable tasks and projects.
As Pattern Maker, you are accountable for creating, updating, and communicating correct fit and size technical package based on design goals, our customer, fit and size strategies, product type and timeline throughout the product development. Together with the product team, you will secure sustainability and profitability. You will work with diversified silhouettes, different kind of qualities and fun details. Working at the Kids assortment you will specialize in how the body grows and how children develops as they get older. We have come far in the digital journey and work in a fast pace to capture the needs and wants for our exciting ever-changing costumer. Kids assortment is a dynamic workplace where high pace, collaborative mindset, willingness to always improve our product creations are a natural part of our everyday.
Qualifications
We are looking for a driven and flexible Pattern maker, who loves Kids' fashion and want to develop and secure best fit and quality for our customer. We believe you are visionary, have a holistic view, like to inspire and involve the team to work towards common goals within sustainability, creativity, inclusion & diversity.
Degree within Pattern Making and/or at least 3 years of work experience
Skilled and passionate working with patterns, fit and technical solutions
Previous experience working in 3D CLO or other 3D systems is meriting
Have a good eye for size & proportions and knows grading
Good knowledge for materials and fabrics
Creative problem solver
Self-reliant and independent but also a true team player
Effective and structured
Flexible and adaptable
Prestige-less

This is a full-time permanent position with placement in Stockholm.
