The role
This is a role that entails HR operational responsibility over the Product & design department and support to managers in their daily work in HR related matters - everything from recruitment, onboarding to negotiations, talent management & performance- and leadership development. You will report to the HR Manager and belong to a team that also consists of two People Business Partners based in the Stockholm Head Office, and three People Operations Managers based in the Paris, New York, and Shanghai offices.

We are looking for a committed and ambitious professional with several years of experience in a broad HR-role. You have solid competence in labor law and operational HR experience and feel motivated in a fast-growing, high-performing & international environment where flexibility and teamwork is highly valued. You have probably worked as a People Business Partner or equivalent before and are now looking for a new challenge and an opportunity to use and share your knowledge and experience in a new context. You have high ambitions and understand the importance of excellence. You always act with a high degree of integrity and have a natural ability to influence and build trust with others. You value simplicity over complexity and are guided by impact rather than prestige. It's important that you are a pragmatic and hands-on individual, that get things done and take accountability for your work. As People Business Partner for the Product & design department at Acne Studios, you are also expected to proactively contribute with a dedicated and genuine approach to managers, employees, and colleagues. This of course in combination with a good organizational understanding and business mindset.
Acne Studios is a global company with English as working language. Fluency in written and oral English is therefore a must. You will be based in the Head Office in central Stockholm. Limited business travel may occur.
