In the process we need a new IT manager that can help us take the company through a transformation from entrepreneurial growth stage to a scalable and mean & lean multinational enterprise. This phase will include the development of new services and interfaces. We are looking for an IT manager who wants to be part of a dynamic and committed team of professionals on an expansive journey. Many opportunities are lined up, but the level of challenge is significant. English is our language.
The IT Manager will be in the focal point between the business operation, service development and IT suppliers. You want to be part of a rapidly growing company that is in the cutting edge of applied technology. You want to be part of the Management Team and will report directly to the CEO.
Your main tasks and responsibilities
• IT Manager for all systems within EasyPark's IT-platform including maintaining an IT Strategy and Road Map.
• Primary responsibility towards Internal Customer and IT-Partner for Service Level Management.
• Responsible for that system service deliveries to the internal customers are based upon the ITIL framework.
• Responsible for efficient IT processes and measurement on process throughput.
• Responsible for the quality of delivery as well as pro-actively driving improvement initiatives.
Your knowledge, skills and competence
• Academic background; preferably in systems engineering.
• Good understanding of IT from a business perspective as well as a architectural and technical point of view, (e.g. SQL, PHP, Java, Linux/Unix).
• Proven skills in project work and project management and strong in working with a wide variety of profiles. Good understanding of ITIL/IT service management, (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma projects).
• Experience of procurement processes and a passion for negotiation.
Your personal characteristic is a good ability to listen and understand others while also having an ability to be easily understood, both verbally and in writing. Stakeholders focus and with positive energy to improve the environment around you. Willingness to take responsibility is essential as well as strong analytical and problem solving skills. A structured way of thinking and acting is important, but ultimately personal drive to achieve results is vital.
