We are looking for a Global Mobility Manager with excellent communication skills and a humble attitude. That enjoys building relationships and have an ambition to succeed. If you would like to work for one of Europe's leading IT-companies specialising in online payments in central Stockholm. We have the right position for you!
As a Global Mobility Manager your work tasks include;
• all international assignments and local hire policies and processes as tax, social security, immigration and compensation packages. Leading the daily operations as a trouble shooter and subject matter expert for operational questions.
• managing the international relationships on day-to-day issues, including administration related to various steps of the processes such as updating the HR system and International Mobility database.
• preparing cost illustrations and cost projections for discussion and approval, leading and supporting the organisation in all staff training related to Global Mobility, staying up to date with the latest mobility trends and standards.

Requirements:
The successful candidate will have previous experience dealing with international assignments, global mobility or relocation management issues. Furthermore, excellent English and good Swedish language skills are required as the ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues and third party vendors on an international basis. The position also requires you to build internal and external relationships and have an understanding of cultural differences.
As a person we believe you have great communication skills with integrity and a humble attitude. You enjoy working independently as with multiple contact surfaces and have the ability to work with different tasks effectively and prioritise workload.
